Resend License Information
Send the most specific identifier you have. In order of usefulness:
- License set identifier
- License credentials
- PO number or quote number
For several licenses at once, send that information in a spreadsheet.
License Transfer
Include the license set number, and the license number within the set when you know it.
For a named-user license, include the current user’s name, login ID, and email address, and the same three items for the new user.
For a node-locked license, include the current host ID and the new host ID.
Update License Manager Contact
Include the license set number, the manager’s first and last name, and contact information such as an email address and a phone number. If the role is changing hands, the current manager sends the new manager’s contact information.
