Automatically find differences between Simulink models.

SimDiff compares two Simulink model files for additions, deletions, and changes to blocks, lines, configuration parameters, model properties, subsystems, and annotations. In other words, it computes differences that affect the logic of the model, not simple layout changes.

Use SimDiff to find differences in Simulink, Stateflow, and TargetLink models.

Fast and Accurate

Find all the differences much faster than a manual inspection, with accurate and consistent results, even between large model files (70,000+ blocks).

View Differences Graphically

SimDiff presents differences in a list or as highlighted blocks right within Simulink. When a difference is selected from the list, the corresponding block or line will flash on the diagram in Simulink. You can configure what colors to use for additions, deletions, and changes.

Auditing

SimDiff provides the necessary facilities for creating an audit trail. Users can check-off and comment on differences after verifying they are correct.

SimDiff keeps track of check-off dates and user names for each difference. Several team members can collaborate in auditing and reviewing differences.

Filtering

Use filters to specify specific model elements to be included or excluded from the comparison, such as certain blocks, line attributes, configuration parameters, model properties or annotations.
